Hands-on and leadership-focused, the hybrid IT Manager will oversee daily technology operations, manage a team of three IT support professionals, and engage directly in technical tasks while driving infrastructure projects across a multi-site organization. Key responsibilities Lead, mentor, and develop IT support professionals while establishing service standards and performance metrics Provide hands-on support for escalated issues and manage the lifecycle of hardware, software, and mobile devices Administer and optimize enterprise systems, manage network infrastructure, and ensure cybersecurity measures are in place Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent hands-on experience 7+ years of progressive IT experience in infrastructure, networking, and systems administration 3+ years of experience leading technical teams or IT operations while remaining hands-on Strong experience with Microsoft environments, including Microsoft 365 and Active Directory Working knowledge of cybersecurity practices and risk management principles
